This Integrity Policy (“Policy”) is part of Raízen’s efforts (“Raízen” or “Company”) to reinforce its culture of ethics, integrity, transparency and compliance with the laws that guide the conduct of its business. This Policy aims to establish rules and guidelines to prevent, detect and mitigate acts of corruption and other improper conduct and must be followed by all, including shareholders, directors, officers (including statutory), managers, employees and third parties who act on behalf of and/or for the benefit of the Company.

For Raízen, concorrencial ethics, free initiative and free competition are fundamental values for conducting all our businesses. In this sense, the Concorrencial Compliance Policy presents the main concepts and guidelines of the Competition Defense Law and guides our Employees to act in an ethical, safe and legitimate manner in their relationships with customers, business partners and competitors.

The policy aims to establish guidelines on respecting and promoting human rights, with the goal of guiding Raízen's actions in both conducting business and engaging with employees, service providers, suppliers, and communities.

The training supports decision-making aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate standards, helping an operation with integrity and in accordance with the organization’s values and business principles.

This Privacy and Data Protection Policy for Employees (“Policy”) reflects the commitment of Raízen S.A. 
and its subsidiaries (“Raízen” or “Company”) to promote a corporate culture aligned with the General 
Data Protection Law – LGPD, related legislation, as well as best practices in the processing of personal 
data.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) aims to inform, in an objective and transparent manner, how Raízen collects, 
uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data processed in physical or digital environments. This Policy 
has been prepared in accordance with applicable legislation, especially the General Data Protection Law 
(LGPD), reaffirming Raízen’s commitment to privacy, data protection, and the trust of its customers, 
partners, third parties, and other Personal Data Subjects. 

This Social Performance Policy ("Policy") establishes general principles, operating guidelines, 
and standardizes the key concepts related to the management of social risks and impacts, socio
environmental investment, and development opportunities in the territories where Raízen 
("Raízen" or the "Company") operates.

This Water & Hydric Management Policy is part of Raízen's efforts to recognize, respect, and 
value the rational use of this essential good for life. Raízen understands and recognizes that its 
activities have an actual or potential impact on various stakeholders, including the territory of 
its operations. For the sustainability of business and relationships, it is essential that use and 
reuse practices be implemented and water conservation be respected.
